Baking is a completely different ballgame. There are directions! And, if you don't follow these directions, your whole world might spiral. I don't do well with directions.
No directions in cooking --- at least in my kitchen. No two meals are the same. "Mom, this is really good. We should have this again!" "Yes, we should, but I don't think I can repeat it."
Today, Sidney and I made banana bread. Easy recipe - but perhaps a gateway for other baking experiences.
This is Sidney in his older sister's apron. He was very proud to wear it.
THE BEGINNING
Sidney was adamant about keeping the bananas out of the mix. This was the second attempt at saving them.
